Aikido of South Florida's primary goal is to develop a child's natural sense of self-worth though practice, patience, and perseverance.
Chief Instructor Stephanie Yap Sensei, 6th dan, lived in Japan over three years before founding the Aikido of South Florida two decades ago.
In addition to regular classes, Aikido of South Florida offers summer and school break camps. Camp activities include a range of activities including conversational Japanese lessons and calligraphy to meditation and yoga.
We offer Aikido Spring/Summer and Winter Camps For Kids which are exclusive educational and cultural programs available to children ages 5- 15 years old.
