Beau Jo's is legendary among Colorado outdoor enthusiasts and one of our favorite family restaurants. The original establishment, located in Idaho Springs, has been the apres ski hangout since it opened in 1973.

Repeatedly voted one of Denver's Best by restaurant critics, Beau Jo?s signature Mountain Pies are a meal and dessert in one - any leftover crust can be covered with honey and eaten as a yummy dessert. These pizzas are so big they are actually sold by the pound!. The more traditional and thinner crust prairie pie is also wonderful - although you'll have to order a seperate dessert.

The extensive menu also offers pasta, calzones, sourdough sandwiches, salads, gluten-free pizza, and other low-carb, healthy alternatives.
