Located just West of Nashville in Bellevue, Bellevue Park is commonly called Red Caboose Park thanks to the authentic little red caboose located in the park.
Situated on a grassy hill, the park features picnic tables under gazebos, wide open spaces, a paved exercise path, and a fully-fenced play area. The large wooden playground was built in 1996 by community volunteers in honor of Bellevue's Bicentennial Celebration.
During the summer, Metro Parks hosts the popular Tales at Twilight storytelling series at the park. The annual Bellevue Picnic is also held here featuring Bellevue businesses, local bands, and great food from local restaurants. The park is located next to the Bellevue Library and Bellevue Community Center.
