I love love love my photos from Julie! My friends and family are still raving about my maternity and newborn photos. I'm so glad that I chose to work with Julie. She is extremely professional and works very well with babies and children. I have already signed up for another session and can't wait to see what other beautiful shots Julie can get of my son. I even recommended her to my sister for her son's 1st birthday photos. Thank you Julie for all the beautiful memories that I can cherish forever!

Julie is amazing. She takes the time to learn about your family and finds the most wonderful to capture you and your children. She is an absolutely wonderful person who takes the most memorable and beautiful photographs. We actually live in Cleveland but my parents have a house in Hermosa. We will pay the plane fare to have Julie continue to photograph our children as they grow! Couldn't be happier with Julie or her photographs!

Once I had my baby, I realized that I needed to book a session asap since newborn sessions are usually done before baby turns 2 weeks old. I emailed Julie around 2 am (the life of a new mommy!!) and was really happy to hear from her only 2 hours later. From that point on, Julie replied to all my emails right away, something that I really liked about her =) As for the pictures, Julie is very easy to work with, she's a natural at this. my pictures are beyond AMAZING. I don't know how she did it, but she made my home and baby look SOOO gorgeous. The colors and clarity of pics are super. I got to see a sneak peek 2 days after the photo session and got an email with the proofs only 6 days after the session. I'm going to use her again for a Christmas shoot as well as birthdays.. I highly recommend her. p.s the birth announcements are a must =)

Julie was an amazing photographer! We chose her simply based on web reviews and had her capture our son's 1st b'day in a photo shoot as well as at his party. She did a wonderful job and we now have some priceless photos of our baby boy. She's so patient and very good with kids. During our session our son was really tired but somehow Julie got him to laugh and smile and captured it in some gorgeous pics!! She also edits her pics and processes each pic carefully to bring out the radiance of color in each shot. So the pictures are beautiful! I highly recommend this photographer for your family and children photography needs. We will definitely be using her again in the near future. :) Thank you Julie...amazing work!!

Julie is one of a kind. A friend recommended me to Julie when I was looking for a photographer for my son's first birthday. Julie was such a joy to work with, she has a natural way with kids and is so extremely patient. She has this incredible ability to capture those perfect moments, and with active kids, sometimes those moments don't last very long, but she's able to snap that perfect shot. Julie is sooooo talented and super nice too! When I first saw the pictures, I was blown away, they were amazing. I wish I met Julie earlier when my 1st son was a newborn. I am using her again to capture the first year journey for my 2nd.

My friend used Blueberry Sky Photography for a newborn session for their son and as soon as I saw the photos I immediately had to sign up for a newborn session for our own son even though he wasn't due for 6 months or so at the time. We ordered birth announcements, an album, and a mounted "storybook" print for framing. Julie has a wonderful rapport with babies and somehow manages to capture personality on film. I've looked at the work of many, many baby photographers and, although they can produce wonderful pictures, Julie takes it to the level of art. We have already booked our 7th month session and can't wait to see what she captures with her camera! I should also mention that we live in San Diego so, even if you live a bit farther out, it is still possible (and well worth it!) to book BSP for in-home sessions.

Julie was just awesome to work with! She has this wonderful energy that keeps the kids interested. She took pics for our 9 month old son and was so creative with props. What drawn me to her work was definitely unique shots. We would definitely use her again!

We used Julie at Blueberry Sky Photography for both our maternity pictures as well as the newborn pictures of our first born son. Both results were absolutely incredible! Her pictures are filled with wonder and so effectively capture the innocence and beauty of a newborn baby. Just take a stroll through her website and there is no doubt you will see what I mean. I did a lot of searching on the internet to find the right photographer to document our priceless memories and am highly confident I found the perfect match.
I think it is important to note that not only were the end products amazing, she was also a joy to work with. She was extremely patient and accommodating working with our baby and being the mother of a toddler herself I know she would be great working with kids of all ages. I would highly recommend working with Julie to preserve your priceless memories and have already referred her to some of my own friends (her pictures sell themselves). I'm sure we will be working with Julie again in the future and can't wait to see what she comes up with next time.

Blueberry Sky Photography gave us the most amazing photographs of our 3 kids. She was great wrangling a 4 yr old, 2 yr old and a 6 week old. The photographs were beautiful, she even got all three kids to look and smile together in the same picture! Our family and friends are all totally amazed by the pictures and birth announcements Blueberry Sky did for us. I would recommend them to anyone would like family or children portraits.

Julie was wonderful with our daughter! She got her laughing and smiling the entire session. She's full of energy and just fantastic!
