Bracken Village is a restoration of a turn-of-the-century community that restores the look and feel of life in southern Comal County a century ago and preserves the dying history of the rural German farmer. The houses, barns, and outbuildings are the survivors of a sprawling urban San Antonio and the setting of the village is the original Wiederstein-Burkhardt farmstead. Historic structures have been added from neighboring farms and ranches.
The historic structures have been joined by shops full of home decor and gifts, antiques and collectibles, seasonal decorations, clothing and accessories, jewelery, art, and crafts.

getting there:
From IH 35 take the FM 3009 exit. Turn northwest on FM 3009 for 1.8 miles. Turn left onto FM 2252 for 1.6 miles. Bracken Village is on the right.
