Caravan of Yogis454

I take a mommy and me class at Caravan of Yogis and my daughter and I just love it. The classes are very small and everyone gets all the attention they need. It's a very warm and cosy environment and the teachers are great. I am looking forward to this class every week.

My daughter just celebrated her 6th BDAY at Caravan of Yogis and it was great fun! The yoga was fun-filled for kids yet still professional. They had a blast, but I loved the party because it was inexpensive by NYC standards and I did not have to do anything! The atmosphere is cosy, cute and yoga-like. The teachers were great! We had 3 people for 14 girls, so it was great child-adult ratio!

My 2 1/2 year old son had a wonderful time. It was great to see him so excited about everything they did. I was glad to see that the teacher went with what the child was interested in doing, making that fun and not their own agenda. I enjoyed sitting and watched him be active. He can not wait to go back. All day to told everyone he played yoga.

I can't believe the positive effect that Caravan of Yogis has had on my very very active 4 year old son. It is such a creative environment and really captured his attention. He has since asked to return to yoga and is also practicing the downward dog for next week. The teachers have such a great ability to connect with my son. The space is beautiful with bright and colorful materials. he best part of the program was the massages that the class ended with and the joy that I have to see how much more calm he is is right after class. He can't wait to return.
