Opened in 1967, Chaffin's Barn Dinner Theatre offers year-round entertainment consisting of popular musicals, comedies, and mysteries. Evening and weekend performances are preceded by a buffet open to patrons at an additional fee. In 1986, Chaffin's Barn added a second performing venue, the Backstage Theatre, to the larger Mainstage Theatre. Evening performances typically begin at 8pm with a buffet dinner available from 6pm until 7:30pm. On Sundays, the buffet is open from noon until 1:30pm and the show begins at 2pm. During the week, Chaffin's Barn hosts special matinees for seniors. Season ticket packages are available. The theatres are also available to rent for parties.
