99.9% of families that enroll their children at CCDC are extremely satisfied. Not every family is a good fit for the program's expectation of parent involvement and mutual respect. When a parent is uninvolved, routinely skips parent conferences, doesn't pay their tuition and is abusive towards teachers (as witnessed by other parents), they are not welcome at CCDC. It is a quality environment by multiple credible measures. One disgruntled parent is not a fair assessment and "great parents"'s message is quite simply defamatory and not true.

This is school was awful for my child. It was sheer chaos under the guise of "play base". I never felt the teacher ever cared to get to know my child. There was little teacher parent feedback. When you had a concern or a question the teachers referred you directly to the Director. The Director was highly intrusive and at times extremely disrespectful. Also the director had extremely poor boundaries and would come to me with complaints about other parents and children.

CCDC fosters perfect mix of nurturing and professionalism. Teachers are caring, knowledgeable and highly educated; the overwhelming majority have college degrees. Developmental concerns are thoroughly addressed in the classroom, by the school's director and by the occupational and speech therapists who make routine visits to the school to work with all of the students.

Teachers are highly qualified (85% with Bachelor's Degree) and caring. Turnover is extremely low -- 10% compared to 40% for the field nationally. Average tenure is 7 years with a thired of the staff employed at CCDC for an average of over 15 years. Parent satisfaction as measured by accreditation surveys is 98%. Professional assessment of quality standards measured at 99%! Developmental concerns are addressed promptly and professionally. Thoughtful and sensitive discipline with goal towards independent problem-solving and conflict resolution. Top notch!

Nice classrooms, and play areas. Teacher turn over is very high. Hard to request anything that is not policy and to get developmental concerns addressed.
