about Conservation Garden Park at Jordan Valley:

The Jordan Valley Water Conservancy District's Conservation Garden Park has an amazing array of demonstration gardens that showcase waterwise landscapes. Families can explore the gardens and see firsthand how their yards can be designed to use less water and look more colorful, interesting, and diverse than traditional landscapes. The demonstration gardens are an interesting destination for parents and children alike. While parents walk the varied pathways gathering ideas from the displays and signage, kids' imaginations can come alive as they explore and discover the arbors, the sculptures, and the sandbox.

Patrons can peruse the gardens on their own or meet for one of the garden's many guided tours, which are offered throughout the summer months on Wednesdays at 6:30pm and on Saturdays at 9am. Group tours can be arranged outside of these times by appointment. The venue also offers school tours and free classes.

The garden hosts two major public events each year; the Garden Fair in the spring, and the Green Festival in the fall. Both events are free and offer vendors, kids' activities, and lots of learning opportunities.
