The Delaware Children's Museum (DCM) aims to build imaginative minds through play and math-, science- and technology-based informal learning.
The museum features a number of hands-on exhibits, including The Power of Me, dedicated to the power of the human body; a 30-foot diameter climber in Structures; a stream table and Eco-House in ECOnnect, Stratosphere; Bank on It's world of money management; creative projects in Studio D art workshop; and trains, cars, and other modes of transportation in Training Wheels.
DCM also offers a museum store and provides a unique space for children's birthday parties. Day camp programs for kids in Kindergarten through fourth grade are available during the summer and over school breaks.
