An attentive wait staff plies you with incredibly juicy cuts of beef, pork, lamb, chicken, and seafood that have been skewered and slow roasted, and you determine (if you actually have enough willpower to say no to anything!) which, and how much, of the meat you want. The gaucho puts the skewer on your plate and carves the meat directly onto the plate.
Em Chamas also features a gourmet salad bar with loads of fresh salad, blocks of cheese, fruit, and the most delicious traditional Brazilian black beans and rice.
