Enercise caters to kids who are too old for the daycare room and too young to work out with mom and dad at a conventional gym. The non-competitive space provides a fun, safe environment for kids to meet their fitness goals.
The 50-minute circuit features warm-ups, hydraulic resistance equipment, exergames, plyometrics, and cool downs.
Membership options include monthly and multi-month passes. Boot Camps offer more rigorous and structured workouts.
