Fit4Mamas offers stroller-based fitness classes in the Salt Lake City area. Classes run 60 minutes long and are a combination of cardio and strength training for moms with their babies. Exercises include a variety of walking/jogging, drills, calisthenics, and resistant-band training. Instructors are certified fitness instructors, and are moms, too! All fitness levels are welcome to come meet other moms while getting fit. Ask about a free sample class.
