This is such a beautiful environment for your children to grow and learn in. The classroom area and outdoor space are small to an adults eye but hold so much magic to preschoolers eye! It's just the right size to not be an overwhelming space for little ones. Every little corner has been thought about from the vegetable and flower garden, to the little wooden play house with real lock, to the sand and mud pit filled with neat tools and logs and boards for climbing and building with, to Mr. George the big oak tree with the friendly face! The neighborhood is wonderful with it's older homes, large tree's, and lake and park within walking distance to the preschool. It's also very close to the Metro Transit stop, which makes it really convenient for parents that work downtown! The indoor environment is amazing as well! This beautiful, natural, calming and imaginative space allows children to be what they want to be, to practice the skills they wish to practice, whether it's climbing, building, reading, cooking, playing musical instruments, dressing up in costumes, painting or creating with art materials, woodworking or gardening. Miss Renee is just amazing with the children. She is so calm and loving and brings a peaceful mood to the whole environment. The children immediately love her, and she loves them! She's a very experienced teacher and knows how to lovingly handle the little situations that always come up in a preschool setting with both parents and children. We are very blessed to have found Green Earth Children's Academy! Our little one is thrilled, and so are we!

Simply, you won't find better than Green Earth Childcare. Miss Renee, the founder of this school is absolutely magical with all children. We feel incredibly lucky to have found this childcare. I've never seen young children connect with and trust an adult as quickly as they do with Miss Renee and I attribute that to her authenticity and talents. This childcare is beautiful! Outside there is a big back yard fenced in with plenty of grass, sand, play structure, vegetable garden, and flower gardens for children to play and explore. Very close by there is Lake Hiawatha Park which the kids easily walk to for field trips. Inside, the childcare is warm and inviting, all natural hand made toys and materials - no plastic fake primary colored stuff. All the children are fed 100% organic food which fits with our family health conscious lifestyle so we consider this a real blessing to find. I can't say enough great things about Green Earth Childcare. I am continuously impressed with all that the children are learning and I highly recommend this childcare to all parents seeking the best for their little ones.
