Itsy Bitsy Yoga classes offer parent-child bonding and nurturing opportunities, and teach several dozen poses to help young babies (six weeks to pre-crawling) sleep longer, improve digestion and gas pain, and calm fussiness. Moms learn many movements such as "Corkscrew", "Brain Builders" and "Tiny Tugs" that help tiny bodies adjust to life outside the womb room.
Toddlers class (crawling to 21 months) members learn beginning yoga poses through imitation, exploration, songs, games, and lots of praise. Moms acquire fun diversionary tools when tantrums rule the moment.
Tykes (21 months to four years) learn yoga poses through imagination, Beanie Babies, bubbles, and hoola hoops, and finish each class with a storytime.
