This office threw us for a COMPLETE loop (& not the good kind). Called a week in advance to make a new patient appointment and reception was curtious. However, when we arrived for our 10am, to my surprise the waiting room (as small as my 6 yr old's closet) was DISGUSTING, just filthy. It was only after an ENTIRE HOUR, that I was called to the window and told to pay $63 for XRAYS of which was unbeknownst in any phone call, communication, or before/upon my arrival. To add insult to injury, my son has full coverage Medicaid (because of additional health issues) and after some investigating I discovered that NEVER should a doctor or specialist receive an out of pocket pay from an individual whose medical is completly covered by the government, EVER. So did one of the staff make an innocent mistake or was there some confusion in the midst of the overcrowded waiting room? I will never know. Needless to say, I literally lost an important morning of work and will NEVER return to such an unprofessional establishment....
