The menu offers a nice range of reasonably-priced barbecue options, including chicken, burnt ends, and brisket. The star of the menu is the slow smoked, maple glazed baby back ribs. Several non-barbecue options are also available, including salads, burgers, and fish. Side dishes such as baked beans, cole slaw, and potato salad are also excellent.

KC Masterpiece is probably the best value of all the nicer barbecue restaurants in Kansas City. Good prices, convenient location, and top-notch food - a winning combination.
