The Kemper Outdoor Education Center on the east side of Lake Jacomo in Fleming Park offers a nature center with live reptile displays and mounted native wildlife, while the grounds feature nature trails, butterfly and water gardens, a large pond, and wildlife viewing areas.
The center is the home to the Jacomo Day Camp for kids ages six to 13. The camp includes swimming, canoeing, archery, hiking, nature study, arts and crafts, and more.
