At first glance, Late Nite Pie might seem more like a hangout for grown-ups than a pizza joint for families. The front room - with its pool table and jukebox and scant table seating - looks like a bar that just happens to sell pizza. And, as the name implies, it is a late-night hangout for grown-ups.

But walk on through, out the back door, and you find a fenced-in patio with a huge sandbox area full of toys for the little ones, including a play house, a small climbing structure/slide, and shovels and pails. So the parents can relax at an outdoor table, take in some of the occasional live music, and let the kids run wild. There's even enough room out back to hold a casual birthday party.

The menu features pizza by-the-slice, whole pizzas, sandwiches, and salads. Free delivery is available for orders over $10.
