The kids program includes Gracie Jiu-Jitsu, Shaolin Kempo, and Kickboxing (San Shou), each taught by experts in their respective martial art.

I think of it as home for both me and my daughters. (Ages 14, 9, and 6.) I can't imagine my life without LMAA, and I can't imagine anyone else not feeling the same way.
