If there is a prettier children's grilled cheese plate in Atlanta, we've yet to see it. The kids' meals at Mittie's are lavished with as much attention to detail as the grown up menu items, and that speaks volumes about the quality of the food and service. Menu selections include salads, sandwiches, quiches, soups, and a massive array of teas - both hot and cold.

We admit it - we're addicted to the cherry bleu chicken salad, and have found that you can't go wrong with anything on the menu.

While recognizing that this is a tea room - you'll find it filled on most days with ladies who lunch - children are welcome. Meals for little ladies and gents run $5.95, and include choices like PB&J and chicken strips, served with a beverage and fresh fruit.

Teddy Bear Birthday Parties at Mittie's offer a full tea-time spread (finger sandwiches, treats, beverages) and birthday cake, for $10 a child. Guests are encouraged to dress up and bring a favorite stuffed pal.
