The Morrison Natural History Museum is a hands-on, family-friendly museum featuring local fossil finds from nearby Dinosaur Ridge, including recently unearthed hatchling dinosaur footprints, as well as rocks and mineral displays.
Exhibits here include Living Where Dinosaurs Roamed, Cretaceous Colorado, Jurassic Morrison, and Ice Age Survivors. Visitors can join in 60-minute tours each day; start times are 10:15am, 12:15pm, and 2:15pm.
Birthday party and private tour packages are also available.

getting there:
C-470 to the Morrison Exit, bear West. Turn left at Hwy 8 (third stoplight in Morrison). Proceed a half mile; the Museum is on the right side of the highway.
