Ms. J's Gymnastics & Dance050

Ms. J, aka Wei Jiang, is a former gymnast - an alternate on the Chinese Olympic Team for the 1984 games - who offers group instruction in gymnastics and dance for kids ages 18 months and up.

School break camp programs and summer camp programs are open to kids ages three to 11 (children must be potty trained).

Birthday parties may be booked on Saturdays after 2pm and all day on Sundays and usually run 90 minutes. The gym provides two instructors, music, tables and chairs. Parents are welcome to bring food, cake, party favors, and decorations. Parties are limited to 16 children.

Gym members can also take advantage of free play time with parent or caregiver during special weekly hours.

Thu 10:15am-12:30pm, 2pm-4pm & 5pm-7pm
Friday 10:45am-12:30pm & 2pm-4pm
Sat 2pm-6pm
Sun 11am-3pm

Ms. J also offers a Parents' Night Out program every other Saturday night. Kids spend the evening jumping on the big trampoline, learning tumbling skills, building up balance and flexability, and chowing down on pizza for dinner.
