MyChildâ??sReady, voter-initiative funded on behalf of First Things First, ensures that families who are expecting, in addition to those with children from birth to age five, have access to quality early childhood experiences. The program lends support to families in meeting developmental needs in order for children to start school healthy and ready to succeed. There are no requirements for the program, other than living in one of the specified cities, and be either an expecting parent, or have a child in the 0-5 age range.
