Who would have thought bundt cake could be so interesting and so incredibly good? Back in 1997, the creators of Nothing Bundt Cakes had an inkling that, done right, bundt cake could become a very popular bakery item, and boy, were they right.

The chain offers an array of flavors, including carrot, white chocolate raspberry, cinnamon swirl, chocolate-chocolate chip, and pecan praline. The cakes are beautifully decorated, often with fresh flowers or cute miniature pendants.

The stores - which look as though Martha Stewart has visited (and that's a good thing) - also carry unique gifts, cards, decorator items, apparel, and cake accessories.
