If you're a fan of the outdoors, Okeeheelee Park is a place you'll want to visit. The more-than-1,700-acre Palm Beach County park features baseball and softball fields, bicycle and walking paths, tennis and volleyball courts, an exercise course, multi-purpose fields, picnic areas, playgrounds (one for preschoolers, and another for kids six and older), and a dog park.
There's also a stocked, freshwater fishing pond, the Okeeheelee Nature Center, a BMX track, public golf course, water skiing courses, and the 111-acre Jim Brandon Equestrian Center.
