I have used PGH baby twice now visiting family in the Pittsburgh area. I have had complete satisfaction in service and products on both occasions. Coming from France I am unfamiliar with some of the brands and they always give sound advice on age appropriate products that most resemble what I am used to having at home.
The toy box is a great plus, it gives my child new toys to play with on site to help keep her occupied. It makes travelling long distance with a baby so much easier knowing that PGH will have delivered everything before I even get there.
Be warned: when travelling to Pittsburgh with a baby no taxi will pick you up at the airport without a child seat!

What a great alternative to dragging all your stuff with you on a trip. The products were great, price reasonable and they pick up and dropped off. You can't ask for better than that. I will use them everytime I visit Pittsburgh.

I'm a resident of Pittsburgh and used PGH Baby for a car seat travel mate for a trip to Florida. I was looking for an alternative to carrying my daughter's car seat through the airports. PGH Baby had a brand new stock of them which saved me a lot of money from buying one when I wasn't sure how often I'd be using it. They delivered on time and picked up on the scheduled day and were reasonably priced. Everyone commented on how "neat" the carrier was because it's not a common product. I will DEFINITELY use PGH Baby again!

Terrific! When my niece came for a visit with her baby, I was able to rent everything she needed. It was hard enough traveling alone with her 15 month old little guy from California, but the trip was so much easier without carting along all of the baby equipment... Everything was spotless and did look brand new. Staff was so helpful too, as I am clueless about car seats, etc. Five stars for PGH Baby Equipment Rentals!

Awesome service. My wife and I used PGH Baby to rent two car seats, a stroller, and a bouncy seat for our 4 year old and 3 month old boys. After a day of flying from San Jose, CA to Pittsburgh, we were met in the rental car garage, where Josh patiently helped us to load luggage, car seats, kids, and strollers and got us on our way.
When it was time to leave, he met us again in the rental garage to pick up the rentals. All the stuff we rented was like new and came with a binder that contained all the product documentation.
We will be using PGH Baby again next time we take the family to Pittsburgh.
