The Phelps Youth Pavilion, newly opened within the Waterloo Center for the Arts, offers creative, hands-on learning experiences and permanent and temporary exhibits designed to get kids thinking and exploring.
Parties: The pavilion offers three party packages, all of which include a theme, staff host, gallery access, craft activities, t-shirt for the birthday child, and time in a private party room. Prices start at $125 for 12 children and two adults; Passport holders can book a party for 50 kids and 10 adults for $600.
Membership: Join the Phelps Youth Pavilion Passport Program to receive unlimited admission. Rates start at $85/year for up to five family members.
