Pi Pizza serves up Chicago-style pizza with all kinds of tasty toppings: We like best the pies that take advantage of roasted veggies, pesto, and BBQ chicken. The garlic bread is dynamite, and the salads are hearty.
We also like that the restaurant has taken "green" to a whole new level: It's unique for its use of post-consumer products, locally grown and sustainable purchasing, reclaimed building materials and furniture, low-energy lighting, and its non-use of bottled water and beer.
