As the owner of PLANET PARTY, I would like to clarify any misleading information for anyone reading reviews who thinks we rush folks out, which is impossible for us to do. It's actually a very simple, and Convenient process which has kept us in business for over 7 years, and allowed us to accommodate a private party for many happy families. In order for all parties to be kept private or guests have to keep to their own reservation time, which they choose. At PLANET PARTY you choose your own time, you arrive at your start time and you must be departed by your end time. We give all of our guests an itinerary when they book to make sure every one stays on schedule. The only time we would ever have to rush anyone out is if they were trying to stay past their time, or didn't work with their Hostess and stay on schedule, because this can run into someone else's time, which we can not allow because it is a private party atmosphere. With all of this being said, For anyone to say we rush people out for no good reason makes no sense at all, because all of our guests choose their time, and how much time they need, so it is not even possible for us to rush anyone outv unless they are past their time. We also email everyone their itinerary and post it on a colorful board at your party to make sure everything runs smoothly. Unfortunatly, if some folks do not work with their Hostess and simply follow the party plan this may cause them to run over. We have all the time in the world and you are welcome to book all the time you need, and our reservations are based on what ever time you choose. We never rush anyone one out, nor do we charge anyone to bring in any cold foods. The only fees we charge are for the folks who bring in hot or catering style foods, and that's only because we have an carpeted, open dining area for up to 80 guests, and those doors can get quite messy. I hope this answers any questions and clarifies any misunderstandings since we have been in business for over 7 years and we hold v over 80 parties per month, one bad review may not seem like much but We do want everyone reading to feel comfortable in knowing that obviously that is not really how things are.We have a very competent, professional staff and a multitude of happy customers. San Antonio is a beautiful city with filled with many wonderful families we love being a part of it, we work actively with Animal Care Services in advocating animal safety, and adoption programs, we are also in charge of our city's Christmas toy drive where we are the largest contributor of toys to the children of child protective services every year! As a family owned business we have come very far and we are thankful for these past 7 years, and look forward to many many more

I have to totally agree with a previous post, it is way too rushed to enjoy yourself. They do not show up to open the door until the party starts and you have to set up fast during your party. Seriously, would it kill them to let you in 5 little minutes prior when there is not a party going on? the entire party feels rushed and they put teenagers in charge (and ones that have a bad attitude). About 20 minutes before our party was up the little boy comes up and tells us we need to hurry and clean...What???? with the amount of money I paid, I have to do the cleaning??? Good thing I didnt have to use the restroom while i was there, I probably would have been charged for each square of paper i needed to use! Room for soooo much improvement, but i will never give them another chance

It's a good place and it's big, but the service is terrible. They are rushing you since the minute you arrive. They don't let you inside the place until it's time to start the party. You start setting everything up while you are greeting your guests. They make you tell guests that they need to leave 20 mins before it ends, because they have to start cleaning. They are rushing you and don't schedule a time to have fun and enjoy it. If you want a birthday party you want to enjoy, don't rent PLANET PARTY. TERRIBLE SERVICE AND WANT TO CHARGE FOR EVERYTHING, EVEN IF YOU BRING A BAG OF CHIPS......

I went there to look and it was closed. Called the same day no one answered,same thing the next day!When I finally talk to someone they wouldn't give me any info over the phone told me to refer to the website. My internet was down at the time thats why I called. They told me they were booked up for the next 6 months. After looking at the website at work I saw a ton of openings. Also I requested to come in and take a tour because thats where my son wanted his party. The lady who answered seemed as if I was inconveincing her. She said they can only tour when there are no parties. I wanted to do one that day and was told I would have to wait till next Wed or Thurs. A week, are you kidding me. She said no one was there to open the doors to tour.How do you expect people to book if you don't anser the phone or allow them to tour. Not to mention rude on the phone as if you are bothering them by calling. You also have on your site "We have the largest indoor private party & play facilities in the San Antonio" Not TRUE! "Planet Partys the #1Choice for families!" Says who, you? Not to mention after reading yout FAQ you tac on fee's for a 2nd cake! You allow unlimmited kids but only one cake or 24 cupcakes. what a joke! Voted most misleading party place in SA!

I want to thank planet party for allowing me to book my granddaughter's 6th birthday party on such short notice. The facility was private. safe and secure. The staff was very helpful and courteous. I know that this memory will stay with me forever and hopefully my granddaughter Akaila will always remember all of the fun she had with her daddy, Sammy and all of her friends and family. thank you again planet party. We will be back real soon

we had fun and enjoyed the space and the people we dealt with. All in all an easy place to have a party and not worry about the kids and NOT share the space. PLENTY of room for the kids to run around and a place for INDOOR PINATA!! huge! given how weather around here changes on the drop of a dime, its nice to have an indoor place for the kids to run and have fun.

Just wanted to say thank you for having a great place to allow us to celebrate my sons 10th birthday on Saturday. He was very happy with the accommodations as well.

THANK YOU PLANET PARTY!!!I hosted my son's 2nd B-day party there.It was awesome!Everyone had fun and was kept occupied,entertained,interested and there was never a dull moment.I had a young gentleman and young lady assisting me with anything and everything needed.They were never rude always kept professional.Thanks to the both of them!And last and most important my son loved your place!He didn't want to go.So we definiteley will be back.I work at a daycare so I'll be sure to tell everyone about PLANET PARTY.Thanks again!Til next year!

we had our family Christmas Party there last year, and both ofour children's parties there this year it was absolutely the best time we've ever had!
I have reccomended Planet Party to all my friends and family. This is now our family party place.

I reccomand this to any parent with a baby to teen. This is the best indoor party i have ever been to.

This place is awesome! I love the seperate play area for my 14 month old daughter, and she loved jumping in all the moon jumps. This place is very clean and safe for todlers. Thanks Denise & Robert all of my guest had a great time.

I had my daughter's 1st Birthday Party here & we were very pleased. This place is AMAZING & I would highly recommend this facility. The Armentas (owners) are AWESOME! The kids will LOVE it! Check it out.

This place is wonderful. I love the fact that they are not open to the public, and only specialize in private parties. It is so clean, and the owners are very friendly people. We suggest this facility to anyone looking for a party place.

It was so wonderful to find a place that has fun for the entire family! We had such a great time. There was so much to do, and I didn't have to worry about entertaing because everyone was so busy having fun! I also love the fact that we could bring in our own food and drinks!

This place is wonderful! Denise is so helpful, you would never even guess that she's the owner! She set up all of our food and decorations, and made our time at Planet Party so easy, comfortable and enjoyable, We had a great time and my husband and I didn't even feel like we were hosting a Party,they took care of everything for us! We will definitely be back and definitely recommend this place to anyone who is have a birthday party or even a family get together. Its perfect for the entire family, and its an all ages facility!

This place is the GREATEST BY FAR!!! I've held my daughter's Birthday Parties @ several venues (just found this place last year) and found this facility was the best for our money! The facility is available for private parties for you to enjoy with your family & friends
