Roosevelt Park is home to the Roosevelt Park Recreation Center, playing fields, a large outdoor pool and separate kiddie pool with fountains, and playgrounds, and is planned as the future site of the Skatepark of Baltimore.

Programs offered at the Rec Center include a homework hour, arts and crafts, gym Activities, computer activities, dance classes, indoor/outdoor soccer clinics and leagues, karate, basketball, volleyball, and summer camps.
