Stroller Strides is a total fitness program for new moms/dads that they can do with their babies. Along with walking, the program combines intervals of body toning using exercise tubing, the stroller, and the environment. Taught by nationally certified instructors (who are also moms), it's a great workout for any level of exerciser. The classes are designed to accommodate all fitness levels, and any type of stroller.
