Stroller Strides is a fitness program for moms to do with their stoller-age babies and tots, six weeks to four years old. The program combines intervals of power walking and jogging with strength training - using nothing more than a stroller, exercise tubing (provided), and the great outdoors. Participants sing songs to entertain the kids during the workout. The class is designed to accommodate all fitness levels, and the first class is a free trial.
