This shops decor is beautiful and my daughters love it BUT there is one problem here that I CANNOT overlook. The staff does not match the decor. I have been to Sugarbaby's over five times. Each time hoping that the staff would be more upbeat and pleasant but this never happens. They are rude and never crack a smile. I will not be giving this place another chance. Instead I will take my business to Celebrity Cupcakes (much tastier!!!) or Chocolate Bar.

This is THE birthday spot! I have tried many of the flavors & they are all fantastic! The shop is such a nostalgic treat in itself! Houston has several other cupcake spot's, but only one Sugarbaby's!

I took my daughter in the other day for an after school treat and was really pleased to have come across this shop. The location can be a little tricky with the parking on Richmond, so be alert. When I came in, there was good music playing, and the staff all greeted us warmly. I ordered a Saint Arnold Chocolate Cupcake for myself and a Strawberry Cupcake for my daughter. She liked her treat, but I was wowed by the chocolate! I know I'll have to get some more to bring home next time! The price seemed a little bit high for the size of the cupcake, but overall, I think the experience more than made up for it. I really recommend this shop!

Very dissapointing. I drove across town to take my daughters here. The employees were less than friendly. The vanilla iced cupcake had a horrible licorice taste to it. I asked the employee working about the taste and she simply said "I don't know". Neither of my children took more than two bites out of their cupcakes. Unfortunately, it was a big waste of time and money.
