TAHSK Force (Teachers At Home for Special Kids) is a concept developed by three master level special education teachers who help fill the disconnect between what a child with special needs accomplishes in the classroom and what she or he accomplishes at home. An instructor comes to the student's home and implements structured learning strategies to incorporate in the family's everyday life.
The idea is to teach the parents how to work on the same goals and get the same results at home as those at school, while creating a home life as stress-free and nurturing as possible.
