The Bounce-a-Lot4513

This was such a terrible experience that I am going to give you a brief idea of our experience. (Sorry for the paraphrasing)
Got there at 12:45 to set up for a 1pm party.
Refused to turn on the bounce houses till 1pm sharp. (Would have been nice to get the kids out of my hair while I was setting up)
Did not have ice for drinks (was told something about it being health code, fine but tell me in advance so I can be prepared and bring it myself)
Would not bring out the pop till 2pm....huh? Kids running and jumping usually makes them thirsty, not to mention the adults that might like something to drink.
Girls that were in charge were maybe 16 or 17 and had no clue how to speak to an adult.
Smelled like feet and urine in one of the houses.
We had 30 mins left in our party and we just wanted to get out of there so the majority of the guest had left to go back to our house and while we were cleaning up, My son had gone back out to the baseball game and was yelled at by one of the "In Charge" girls and told him that his party was over. He started balling and didn't even get a "I'm sorry"
Never once checked on us and asked if everything was ok.
So we left and the girl comes running out to my car and pounds on my window and say's "YOU OWN US $10" ( I had prepaid for everything and forgot about the extra pizza that I had ordered for the adults on the day of)
I replied "its excuse me Ma'am you have an outstanding bill to pay! NOT YOU OWN US $10" (I was fired up at this point)
When I spoke to the owner I was told that they have been in business for 2 yrs and they have not had any problems. WELL YOU HAVE ONE NOW!!!!
Word of mouth speaks volumes and I'll be sure to tell everyone what a great time we had here!!!!!

Our family are frequent visitors to the bounce a lot and decided to have a birthday party for our 3 year old here. We did only have one hour of jump time and one hour in the party room which was expected, what I didn't expect was to be charged for EVERYBODY. We only had 7 children (including the birthday child) and grandparents and aunts came to watch but not participate and we were charged for a 10 person party + 2 extra children !!??!! + $10.00 for an extra pizza + $$ for an extra adult (my brother in law and his baby came in for the last 15 minutes to watch the gift opening). When I asked why we were being charged for those who were not participating and for extra children, I was told that EACH adult is an extra $4.00 whether they participate or not........What a RIP OFF:{�

The kids had a lot of fun bouncing, but the place is poorly managed. Our party was with few children and we were told they would have 75 minutes to bounce. The employees were rude, started 20 minutes late, and only let the kids bounce for 55 minutes. They rushed us at the end as well, like they didn't remember starting the party late. I then had an issue with the male owner over paying for adults. I paid for a 10 child party and only 5 were there.

This is avery pleasant family ran business, they really make you feel appreciated as a customer. We will not go anywhere else for our family night out!!

It is nice to have a place Downriver that allows parents to play along side their kids. Very Reasonably Priced. They deserve a Parents Choice Award.

The CHEAPEST NIGHT OUT our family has ever had. The Pizza was good, the service was excellent, and the place was immaculate. The owner definitely knows how to provide a affordable good time.

The best birthday party ever, we didn't have to do a thing. Michele, you are the Best.

excellent atmosphere, there is something for everyone in the family. Wii Wednesday nights are our favorite, wii sports or play and all of the Guitar hero games for the whole family. Not to mention all you can eat pizza and pop for 2 bucks for kids and 5 bucks for adults. U cant beat it!!!!!!
