We are always pleasantly surprised at how much our daughter learns at Goddard. We are also pleased that she is not only getting excellent education but she is nurtured as well. We often joke that Goddard is why she is spoiled but not rotten.

Every day we see the results of the time our daughter spends at Goddardâ?? her vocabulary, curiosity, and eagerness to learn. As educators, my husband and I are very appreciative of the time and effort that Goddard has put forth to ensure the success of every child as an individual. I cannot tell you how much it puts our mind and hearts at ease to know that when we are at work she is getting an excellent education in a warm and inviting environment!

When I finally decided to go back to work, choosing a preschool was the hardest decision I had to make as a Mother for my little son. As soon as I walked into the Goddard school I knew I had found the right place for him. The classrooms are bright, colorful and always clean. The owners, directors and staff are always there to cheerfully greet me in the morning and evening. The education/curriculum is wonderful and the daily written reports combined with my interaction with the teachers allow me to know exactly what my son did at school each day. Choosing this preschool has been a great experience and I would highly recommend the Goddard School to my neighborhood friends.

My child attends Preschool at The Goddard School in San Antonio. I am very pleased with the current teachers in her classroom. I am thankful to the efforts of the administrators, who cared enough to keep looking until they found just the right teachers. The teachers are warm and attentive and the owners and director are friendly, pleasant and incredibly supportive. You will be pleased with this school.

My two children have been at The Goddard School since they were both six weeks old (now 4 years and 21 months). They absolutely love it! They have a wonderful, educational curriculum taught by caring teachers and administrators in a clean, organized environment. Both kids are greeted enthusiastically when they arrive each morning, and they have both rarely had any detachment issues when we leave. Even I enjoy walking into the building. We live in Schertz and work in San Antonio, so I have considered finding a Preschool closer to our eventual school district, but I do not want to lose the exceptional care. I recommend The Goddard School to anyone with Preschool age children.

Our family loved our experience at The Goddard School. Their programs were quite educational and fun. Our son did wonderfully in their pre-school program. They really focus on preparing the children for kindergarten. There is also a strong focus on fitness and playing fun games. Our daughter who is younger also had a great experience. Her teachers were always very loving and made her feel very comfortable in the classroom. The facililities were always kept very clean and the staff is very kind. The owners are on the premises daily and they seem to really care about the kids having a fun time. Overall, we found Goddard to have excellent programs and would recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, safe, educational and fun place for their children

We looked at various preschools in San Antonio area to care for our then 3-month old daughter. Despite its slightly higher cost; the lower teacher to child ratio (it was the only school in the area with a 4 to 1 ratio for infants; all others had 5 to 1..) and higher safety standards means that my daughter gets extra attention. She has been there for 5 months now and we couldn't be happier. The Owner and the Directors are very caring, the staff is amazing, and more highly credentialed than Goddard's competition. Don't let misguided posts by disgruntled ex- employees fool you :-).

From the outside looking in the Goddard School of Stone Oak seems like a beautiful, wonderful place for young children. However the management team is very lazy and not professional. They are rude to their employees and after observing for sometime, expect their teachers to get work done off the clock without being paid. There is a huge turnover rate with teachers and my children are most always in a different classroom when I arrive to pick them up. The owners seem to be only concerned with money and several classrooms have few age-appropriate materials/toys. And although the outdoor play area is spacious and has a nice climbing structure, there are few outdoor toys to engage the children during outdoor play. On several occasions, I have witnessed children just running on the playground as the teachers sat by the side of the building casually chatting, not supervising or engaging the children in activities. Overall, not a good choice if you are looking for a engaging emergent curriculum for your children. Goddard is a no!!!

Best experience I have ever had! I am what you call ,one of the "pickier" mothers. Just to give you an idea, I had switched 7 different schools within a year! Both of my kids have excellent teachers, actual ex- kindergarten teachers. Yes, they are REAL teachers not babysitters! They have worked with them in their weak areas, and I feel that they have really excelled. My just turned 4 year old is already reading and writing basic sentences! I have the option having free childcare at the base, but Goddard is worth every penny.

The owner, assistant directors, and teachers are BEYOND fantastic. The school atmosphere is welcoming, caring and passion for kids is pervasive from room to room and adult to adult.As a parent, I appreciate the policies because they are in place to keep my child healthy and safe. I appreciate the kindness and consideration of the whole staff, including the owner who always have a positive thing to say about my son. I appreciate the diversity of programs offered from yoga to sign language to Spanish to my son who is not quite 2 years old. This school and the teachers AND the owner are nothing short of amazing when it comes to putting the kids first (which as parents - shouldn't our kids well being come first?). They truly are passionate and that is priceless. Any parent considering sending their kids to the Goddard School in San Antonio, TX (trust me - not all have this same type of passion) are truly parents who care about their kids care and exposure to education

Great School! My Son has been going there for 2 years now and this school is a leader in education. My son is so well prepared for elementary school and has learned a lot in his short time there. Our son graduated last week and it was a ceremony that was picture perfect. Love it!

Both of my children attended this Goddard School. It was a wonderful experience for them and me. I cant believe how prepared for Elementary School they were. Thanks to the great teachers!

I absolutely love the experience I have had at the Goddard School. The staff is phenomenal and it is evident that the students are well cared for and engaged in the curriculum. The staff is amazing at incorporating teachable moments into play time and my children have learned so much - self help, science, math, reading readiness, sign language, computer skills, and even Spanish! Their curriculum is comprehensive and there are many opportunities for parents to get involved and meet other families!

My son attended the Godddard School in Stone Oak from the time he was 2 years old. It was really nice and reassuring to drop him off with the same teachers every morning. All of the teachers throughout our time here remained the same. My son learned so much from his teachers. He moved on to first grade with a flawless transition and continues to do well in his studies. The owner, director and the staff always made me feel at come and comfortable. They were always available and quick to anwer any question or concern. I would highly recommended Goddard to anyone.

From day one I was impressed with the friendly staff and the warm atmosphere. When you are putting your children in the care of someone else for eight hours a day it is so important knowing that they are in a loving environment. Its also important to know that the teachers genuinely love children and have experience. My children are not only being well cared for they are also learning new things every day and being mentally and creatively stimulated. Everything is very clean, safe, and organized. Management is extremely helpful and informative; no matter what I have ever needed including any concerns. It is worth the extra money to send your children to a facility like this. I have recommended Goddard in San Antonio to my friends and family and will continue to!

I wouldn't take my son anywhere else! My wife and i have had our son at The Goddard School for over 2yrs now and we love it, they are like a second family to us. Our son prays for his teachers every night. Anytime we need advice we can always count on the managment team. When you walk in school your greeted with a big smile. Our son always has something great to say about his day. It's such a great feeling to know our son is getting the love, attention and learning experience he needs.

We had hoped that paying a higher price for child development would have led to a more rewarding experience for our child. Goddard has been a big disappointment. Overpriced and understaffed.

If you are looking for a clean facility, with a very involved management staff, smiling degreed teachers, and a developmentally challenging cirruculam...Then this is the place for you!
