The League Treatment Center is a day treatment center and school that provides an alternative to institutionalization for children and adults with autism and severe developmental disabilities.

The day treatment, day habilitation, and education programs are focused on the individual and offer the support and structure necessary to modify behavioral and psychiatric difficulties and maximize each person's potential. Interdisciplinary clinical services include psychiatric, psychology, social work, nursing and educational services, as well as counseling, speech, physical, and occupational therapies.

The Preschool program in DUMBO offers an inclusionary program for kids of all abilities, and has a private rooftop playground, indoor gyms, and a breakfast and lunch program.
