At Aikido fo Homewood we provide instruction in Aikido, "the way of harmony," a modern Japanese martial art with deep roots in Samurai tradition. In Aikido we use the attackers force to unbalance him or her allowing us to avoid injury without retaliating. There are classes for adults, children, and adolescents ages 6 and older. Classes are held at the Homewood Dance Foundation.
