A Class Act NY5514

A Class Act NY offers afterschool performing arts classes, one-day weekend workshops with Broadway stars and/or industry professionals, a one-week Broadway Summer Camp for children and teens, and theatrical, interactive birthday parties. Courses center around Musical Theatre, Drama, Improv, and On-Camera Acting.

Signature afterschool classes include the 14-week Sing Your Heart Out, an introduction to classic and contemporary show tunes for kids ages six to seven and seven to nine. Students learn songs and dance combinations from hit shows culminating with a final recital for family and friends. The cost is $550.

Classes for younger stars in the making, ages five to six, include the eight-week Musical Theatre Class with a Broadway Actor. The cost is $450.

Classes are held at various locations including Ripley Grier Studios in Manhattan and the Sid Jacobson JCC in Roslyn, Long Island.
