I visited this store a week before my due date so that I could pick up a breastpump and some nursing bras. This place is fabulous for so many things -- help with breastfeeding (you get free personalized advice from their lactation consultants); being able to weigh your baby; picking up maternity and nursing clothes for mom (great sales), as well as the cutest clothes for baby; and if you are going to buy a baby sling, this is the place to go as they will demo the slings for you and help you find the best one for you (they also have loaner sample slings available for checkout so that you can try them out for awhile before deciding what works best for you); and finally, books, videos, and gift items, along with complimentary gift-boxing. If I need something special for baby, this is where I go first. Since my baby's birth 6 months ago, I have been back so many times, and I always seem to find something helpful and unique in there to buy each time I step in. On top of having everything you need under one roof, the owner and the staff are super helpful and knowledgeable. They remember their customers and treat them well. While you might find some of the items in their store a little less expensive elsewhere, no other place can match the service you receive here, which is why I'm happy to pay a little more for some of the things I have purchased here. Their service is tops! And if you're shopping with baby, they have everything you need to make your stop there a convenient and enjoyable one - private spaces to nurse, rockers, a nice diaper-changing space in the bathroom. What else could you need from a baby store?
