Just finished another great Nutcracker season with ARB. My daughters were sad to see it end. If your child loves ballet and you want the best, ARB is the place to be. Great, positive vibe with parents and the best instruction from Kiril and Svetlana!

This a great dance studio and it is all about dance. They teach classic ballet. I have a 4 year old who wanted to do ballet last summer. We did the summer session, 2 days a week, for one hour. My daughter loved every minute. The class started on time and they danced the full hour. No children were allowed to goof around during class so no time was wasted. My daughter is still dancing and loves it. The teachers are very friendly and the director chats with us while the kids are in class. We have been to many of the ARB performances and they are perfection. I'm so glad we found this studio.

This is a wonderful, classic ballet studio. We have enjoyed the staff very much and found them to be professionals! I would highly recommend this studio for serious dancers who want a disciplined environment. My daughter learned more here in a short time than she did in any other class she ever took.

ARB Director does not recognize the parent and student as a paying customers/clients. ARB is run as if they are doing you a favor by teaching your child. No other classical/vaganova academy that I've enrolled my child in (2 other academies in other states) ever treated the parent and child in such a condescending way.

My daughter is in her third year with ARB. We had moved from the greater Boston area, and were looking for a dance studio with an emphasis on ballet technique and performance. While many other choices were available, we found the emphasis to be more on tap, jazz, hip-hop, flashy costumes, and competition teams. We have loved being with ARB. My daughter expects to dance in an environment where discipline is required, to work hard, and to be pushed to give her best. ARB may not be every dancer's choice, but my daughter has forged some of her strongest friendships here and admires and respects Kirill and Svetlana for all they give to help their students develop into strong, beautiful dancers. The performances are outstanding!

What a joy it was when my granddaughters, Christina and Taylor, enrolled in the Academy of Russian Ballet in the spring of 2007. Christina, who is eight years old, had experience with the Biloxi City Ballet Company in Biloxi, Mississippi. Taylor is four. For weeks, both of my granddaughters practiced after school, on Saturdays, and even on Sundays. My daughter who was unfamiliar with the Minnesota weather decided to withdraw her children during the winter term and return in the spring. I made plans to come from Mississippi to the school's Nutcracker production. But Mr. Bak stated that neither one of my granddaughters could be in The Nutcracker if they were not enrolled in winter session.
