has the same words for any kids, take him to his doctor 2-4 days. no medicine need even if he his fever , thought , flue--- this place is the worst place ever. also, even if you are the only one there, you could stay one hour at the room waiting to the doctor with no reason. I visited this place many time , I got same reaction.

This is one of the worst places I have been! I was waiting in the room for 45 minutes with my 14 month old who had a 103 degree fever. After 45 minutes had passed, a nurse came in with a tube of Tylenol to give to my son. I asked her if this is what I was waiting 45 minutes for and she said that the doctor would be coming in soon. I decided to leave and the staff up front said that they thought the doctor had come in my room already. What a lack of communication! And to make matters worse, the rooms do not have doors. They are just 6 ft x 6 ft cubby holes in the hallway with a curtain separating you from some sick children 3 ft away across the hall. What a disappointment!!!

Outstanding care, professional environment, caring staff - I have high praise and this is the only urgent care I will use.
