Pass through the distinctive stone columns that mark the entrance to this unique art center and enter a community of teachers and students filled with enthusiasm for the arts!
Children's classes include jewelry making, clay workshops, silk screening, drawing and painting, tap, tile-making, music, musical and teen theater, and the circus arts. Courses run during the day, after school, and Saturday mornings.
In summer camp, children can take classes in the visual and performing arts, along with traditional camp recreation activities such games, sports, activities, swimming, and weekly field trips to area arts and culture institutions.
Camp sessions run from June through August and are open to children ages five to 12, Kindergarten through grade seven. Children are divided into groups of 15, by grade and age, and are led by a team of three counselors per group. The camp day runs from 8:30am-3:30pm and there is also an extended day program running from 7:30am-6pm. Lunch and transportation are not provided. getting there:
Take Lincoln Drive until it ends at Allens Lane. Turn left, go past Emlen Street and McCallum Street. Turn right into first driveway.
