Allied Gardens School of Martial Arts' emphasis is not on rapidly advancing people to higher belts, rather it is on training people for optimum health. They train students of all ages and levels of ability by focusing on strengthening a person's weaknesses and fine tuning strengths, in a fun, challenging, and rewarding atmosphere.
Lessons are taught in a non-aggressive manner. Focus is on developing confidence, discipline, self-control, and physical fitness. The school teaches that martial arts is not about fighting, but about developing a strong mind and body. This focus is intended to make the student more capable of making good decisions which will help them be good examples; providing opportunities to help others...not hurt them.
