At Amazon Grill, the grown-ups can satisfy their wishes for a unique, delicious sit-down meal. The menu features South American-flavored chicken and seafood dishes, plus fajitas, puffy tacos, enchiladas, and more. Specialties include a plantain-crusted chicken in spicy black bean sauce, grilled chicken with mango and jicama, and jerked tilapia with a pineapple-cilantro relish.

But parents of picky ones need not fear: the kids menu still plays it safe with pizza, popcorn chicken, and quesadillas, plus cotton candy for dessert! Other desserts on the menu include a tres leches cake, tabletop s'mores, and an Oreo ice cream cake.

The chips 'n' salsa bar has not only tortilla chips, but also crispy plantain chips.

The brunch menu on Saturdays and Sundays (at the Kirby location only) features steak and eggs, breakfast tacos, pancakes, eggs with chorizo, and chilaquiles - eggs scrambled with a crispy tortilla, chicken, pico de gallo, and other ingredients. The kids brunch plate comes with silver dollar pancakes, eggs, bacon, and hash browns.

The atmosphere is casual; customers order at the counter, and the food is served to the tables. Among the Amazon-themed decor is a small waterwall that seems to mesmerize many little ones. Patio seating, high chairs, booster seats, and changing tables are avaiilable.
