It's all about family. The Ambrose Academy has been part of my family for many years.Its a good place for me, and my children to learn&grow. C.A.G.

They really understand kids and what motivates them. They treat each child with respect. I would highly recommend this school. My son is a hyper child and he has become much more focused. I'm glad I found them.

I took my son to several schools to check them out. I let him pick the school he wanted to attend. Within minutes he said this was the school. Everyone was smiling and having a good time while training. The school had a comfortable, relaxed atmosphere that he really liked.

Seeing what they do firsthand this is real self-defense. Teaching kids jujitsu and ground fighting as well as standup technique. Very well rounded style.

I highly recommend Ambrose Academy. My son has attended the childrens' program for four years. He still looks forward to class because of the warm, caring and supportive atmosphere as well as the excellent martail arts instruction. Rocco and Liz Ambrose are gifted teachers and evolved human beings. I feel lucky to have found this gem.

I started training with Ambrose after a tremendous Womens self defense class. This is a must take class for women of all physical abilities. It will increase your confidence and self reliance.
They provide a warm friendly environment. My 8 year old daughter is now a purple belt and my 3 year old is anxiously awaiting turning 4 so she can start "Little Dragons."

Prior to attending classes at Ambrose Academy, my children had never found an athletic activity that would hold their interest. How lucky we were to find a school that would help develop both their bodies and their minds! Although I had never studied self-defense or the martial arts before, I started to attend adult classes at the Academy myself about four years ago. The training has helped improve my health, my coordination, and my confidence. My son, who received a Black Belt in the kid's ranks, is now a member of the adult classes with me. Ambrose Academy is a place where you can feel part of an extended family - and this is due in large part to Sibok Rocco Ambrose and his wife, Elizabeth, who run the school. They are special people who believe in what they are doing and care about the people who study with them. If you interested in self-defense training or studying the martial arts - for yourself or your children - you must visit Ambrose Academy and see what the school has to offer.

Sibok Rocco Ambrose and his wonderful wife Liz have truly gained the right to have this award! For family and children, they demonstrate structure, character and true love for their "family" that has come for training and self-improvement. Before having my son join Ambrose Academy, I visited many schools. My first visit in to Ambrose Academy showed me that this was the place that was safe for a young man and secure for a mother's need for additional leadership in a child's life. REAL self defense!!! Sibok and Miss Liz are the best. My son(14) and I(53 yrs old) have been taking this system for almost 8 years. They have helped my son to become an emotionally balanced, decent human being. Outstanding, caring people who have YOUR best interest at heart. Don't miss this system, there is nothing like it anywhere else. They will teach most anyone. He even teaches the blind to defend themselves. I love this system and these people have become my family.
