If I could give this company zero stars, I would. I purchased a voucher from a deal website. I'd been in touch with the company before purchasing the voucher to ensure I could receive this cake in time for Thanksgiving. They were very responsive before I purchased the voucher. I have since sent them 4 emails with my order and left three voicemails (calling 5 additional times without leaving a voicemail) trying to place the order and have heard nothing back. I'm guessing they got overwhelmed by all the vouchers they sold, but that is no excuse for not answering the phone or responding to emails. I received excellent customer service from where I purchased my voucher and a promise of a refund of my $25. This place may have reviews elsewhere of making delicious baked goods, but if they take your money and do not give you anything in return... there are enough other bakeries out there to not take the chance on them.

The cake was wonderful.

The cakes were very good and the service was great.
