I wish I could give this ZERO stars. Which is sad, because 2 years ago it would have been five. Incredible Pizza was acquired by Hammerjacks a few months ago. Its new name is Hammerjacks Food & Fun. You wouldn't think it wouldn't make much of a difference, but the last time I went, was the Last time I'll ever go.

I never even got seated, because although I was 2nd in line, my son and I waited over 45 minutes because they didn't have Any food on the lines. I arrived at 6:30 on a Saturday evening, prime dinner rush time. Now I understand that restaurants get slammed, but this is a buffet--they should have been prepared for Saturday evening service.

Not only were we expected to wait, we were expected to wait In Line. As in, without leaving the line at all. There was no reservation system, no speaker system, no handheld buzzer notification. My son is 2 years old--there was no physical barrier to entering the restaurant, so I had to keep chasing him into the serving floor, because he could understand why we weren't being seated. So multiply that by 75 parents and their young children waiting in line for over an hour.

The smug and obnoxious attitude of the manage on duty was what sealed it for me. I can't remember a single time another manager, when confronted with rightfully dissatisfied customers, treated them so carelessly. No comps--he said, "If we gave comps to everybody who had a problem, we'd go out of business." (Really? Maybe that should tell you something!)

Bottom line: Don't bother.

My kids absolutely love Incredible Pizza! They have a huge buffet with great options and a ton of games! The indoor go-karts and glow-in-the-dark mini golf course are our favorites. Everything is clean, the staff is friendly, and they also have awesome daily specials!

We LOVE this place! Sometimes we just go to eat there, but will head into the game room for special occasions!
