about Ard Godfrey House:

The oldest surviving wood frame house in the city is maintained by The Women's Club of Minneapolis. The sunny yellow little building sits stubbornly on a small patch of green between high-traffic river crossings, and hosts events, including concerts and festivals, from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

Tours are offered to the public weekends from June to August. Special tours can be arranged year-round.
